Summary:

Dr. Battisti brings a sense of hope and inspiration through engagement with the audience and his transformational view of life. Participants will be able to identify for themselves what needs to be done to harness the momentum for their individual and organizational desire for change.

Drawing from years of experience as a professor, psychotherapist, and executive, Dr. Battisti understands the barriers and obstacles that hold individuals and organizations back.  His engaging approach offers insights on how to overcome the negatives of life and instills a sense of positive desire for change.

As a result of this presentation the participant will be able to:

1. Discuss the Stages of Change model.

2. Identify the Stages of Change concept to assess staff and team as to their ability and motivation for change.

3. Recognize the Stages of Change model to enhancing healthy lifestyle behaviors.
