This presentation will review the public policy priorities and activities of the long-term healthcare ministry during the COVID-19 pandemic. It will discuss stronger and new partnerships, ethical issues and how to promote the well-being of our staff and residents. Participants will be able to describe long-term care ministry advocacy priorities and engage in advocacy that impacts organizations, residents and their communities.
